How much does it cost?
Creating an account is free. You only pay from your first booking made on your site. After that, Essential costs 950 ₣ a month, without online payment; Professional, with online payment and payment links, costs 2 800 ₣ a month.
What happens if I leave?
You leave whenever you want, with no commitment. Your services, bookings and clients can be exported: your data belongs to you. Your contract with your bank and EpayNC stays yours.
Who holds the money?
In your account, never in ours. Your clients pay by card through EpayNC, and the payment goes to your account, under your contract with your bank. pirogue never sees the money or the card details.
Do I need a VADS contract, and how do I ask for one?
For online payment, yes: a distance selling contract (VADS) with your bank (BCI, BNC, SG, BNP), then an EpayNC account. We help you prepare the request. Without a contract, you start with Essential: your clients pay on site.
How long until I am online?
With Essential, a few days. With Professional, as soon as your bank has opened your VADS contract and your EpayNC account is ready.
Do my clients pay in francs?
Yes: your prices are in francs (₣) and your clients pay in francs, into your account. Tourists pay with their foreign card; your bank fee may then be higher.
Can I sell products?
Not yet: the pirogue shop is coming. Today, pirogue is for booking services: treatments, classes, outings, home services.
What if a client cancels?
Your client cancels with the link received by e-mail, up to 24 hours before the appointment; the time slot is released and you are notified by e-mail. Any refund stays between you and your client.
