Terms and conditions
The rules between pirogue and the providers who use the service.
1. Purpose
pirogue provides providers with a website, a booking page and access to online payment via EpayNC. The distance selling contract is between the provider and their bank.
2. Prices
Creating an account is free. The subscription is due from the first booking made on the site. Current prices are published on the Pricing page.
3. Client payments
Client payments go to the provider's account. pirogue never collects, holds or refunds any amount on the provider's behalf.
4. Duration and termination
No commitment: the provider can leave at any time and export their data.
5. Governing law
Governing law and competent court: to be completed.
