How it works
From creating your account to your first payment, with nothing to install.
Four steps
- 01
Create your account
Creating an account is free. You only pay from your first booking made on your site. Tell us about your business, your services and your prices: we set up your account with you.
- 02
Your website and your booking page
Your services, your hours, your photos: your site is online in a few minutes, in French and English. With no bank contract, you start with Essential: your clients book online and pay on site.
- 03
Your clients book and pay
They see your free time slots, choose one and pay by card through EpayNC, or on site with Essential. You receive an e-mail for every booking; your client gets a confirmation, then a reminder the day before.
- 04
You follow everything
Today's bookings, what you have collected this month, your next clients: it is all in your dashboard.
Online as soon as your bank has opened your contract; with Essential, in a few days.
The money comes to you
- 01
Your bank
Your distance selling contract, in your name, with your bank (BCI, BNC, SG, BNP).
- 02
EpayNC
New Caledonia's payment platform, a white-label PayZen. Your clients pay by card, on your site.
- 03
Your account
The payment goes to your account, never to ours. We touch neither the money nor the cards.
Your client pays by card on your site. The payment goes through EpayNC, New Caledonia's payment platform, then lands in your account, under your contract with your bank.
The distance selling contract (VADS) is in your name, with your bank, and so is the EpayNC account. If you leave, they stay yours.
pirogue never sees the money or the card details: your client types them into EpayNC's secure form.
- What pirogue never does: keep your money.
- Touch card details.
- Tie you down: you leave whenever you want, with your data.
Coming soon: online payment with no bank contract.
What your bank will ask for
To open a distance selling contract (VADS), your bank usually asks for:
- your Kbis or RIDET;
- an ID document;
- the bank details of the account that will receive payments;
- a description of your business and prices;
- the address of your website.
Each bank has its own list: your adviser will tell you if anything else is needed.
