Privacy

1. Controller

2. Data collected

Contact form: name, business, town, phone, message.

Application: name, e-mail, field, message and, if you give it, a link to your portfolio. No files.

Booking on a provider's site: name, e-mail, phone, service and time slot. Card details are entered at EpayNC: pirogue never receives them.

3. Purposes

Answering you, opening your account, handling bookings and sending the e-mails that go with them. No advertising, no resale.

4. Retention

Contact requests and applications: 12 months after we receive them, then deleted. E-mail log: 13 months. Bookings: period to be completed.

5. Processors

Cloudflare (site pages and Turnstile check), Supabase (database) and an e-mail delivery service. Detailed list and hosting locations: to be completed.

Address search (provider area): the text you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses.

Maps on provider sites: the Getting here section of a provider's site shows a Google Maps map. When it scrolls into view, your browser loads it from Google, which then receives your IP address and the site's address (without the page path).

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@pirogue.nc.
